The tour consists of bypassing Morro Do Careca, which is a military area, preventing access by land. The area belongs to AERONAUTICA, which has the base of HELL BARRIER launches in this region, so anyone caught walking there is arrested for military invasion. The destination of the tour takes us to Turtle Beach, an area of environmental preservation, where the Tamar project operates, helping the turtle spawning process and other activities to prevent the extinction of the species. Thus, there is also detention for environmental crime, for those caught walking on the beach of turtles. Only 35 fishermen are allowed to carry out the artisanal fishing activity in the area, but when they are caught by the military, they are required to show their identification cards provided by the Tamar project itself in company with the Air Force Base in question.
